The Abbey in France

On the border of the Dordogne and Corrèze you will find the medieval village of Ayen-Bas. In 2001, we bought a ruin of a 13th century Abbey with a stone spiral staircase from the 16th century. Over the years, more than 500 m 2 was restored and after the finalizing the 13th century fireplace in the dining room, we decided that the Abbey was ready to share with lovers of the French countryside.

The Abbey has been known throughout the years and stands for hospitality and the good peaceful life in the countryside, but equipped with all the luxury you desire. The annual cooking and yoga workshops, with fresh vegetables from the garden, its always a big party. Also in early spring or fall the heated salt water swimming pool in the garden and the hot tub on the private terrace provides the ultimate relaxation.
